"Free consultation" usually means a sales call with a nicer name. We know that, because our clients have told us. So here is an honest explanation of what our Free Workflow Review actually is, what happens during it, and what you get out of it whether or not we ever work together.

The review starts with your workflow, not our services. We ask how work actually flows through your business today: how leads come in, how they get answered, how jobs get scheduled, where information gets re-entered, and where things fall through the cracks. Most owners have never mapped this out, and the conversation alone tends to surface two or three problems they had stopped noticing.

What you walk away with

After the review, you get a plain-English map of your current workflow with the time sinks marked. We show you which specific steps could be automated, what that would change day to day, and roughly what it would take to build. This is yours to keep. If you want to hand it to someone else to implement, that is fine.
